- Title

- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the effects of humectants on the wilting cycle of drought-stressed tree seedlings grown on containers. In the greenhouse studies, one-year-old Jiffy Plug, bare-root seedlings of red maple and red oak, and one-year-old bare-root seedlings of yellow-poplar were treated with Hydretain ES and EcoSential. It was found that for certain species, production type may influence the degree of seedlings' humectant treatment response.
