- Abstract
The authors discuss the collaboration of over 250 members of the Cancer Genome Atlas Pan-Cancer Analysis Working Group (Pan-Cancer) to study the Synapse software platform for data sharing and evolution. They mention that the Pan-Cancer group released the standardized collections of data in the form of "data freezes" to coordinate all the gathered data. They say that the Pan-Cancer group aims to improve the transparency and reproducibility of its research.
