- Abstract
The article discusses a study on a transient gene expression (TGE) method used to optimize transient expression of three antibodies. The study mentions that various factors including host cells, temperature and valproic acid (VPA) treatment were optimized to form a customized TGE protocol for each antibody. It also demonstrated that transcription from extra-genomic DNA contributed to a low recombinant protein yields for TGE.
