- Abstract
The article discusses a study which examines the characterization of a new (R)-hydroxynitrile lyase from Japanese apricot or Prunus mume. It offers descriptions of the lyase which include a flavoprotein, active over a broad temperature, and a similar N-terminal amino acid sequence with Prunus dulcis. Meanwhile, the cloning of complementary (cDNA) for the enzyme was discussed.
