The article offers information on the implementation of the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA). It discusses the response of the U.S. to human trafficking as well as the goal of TVPA in affecting human trafficking globally. It also reports on the problems about human trafficking in India and China and the laws that their governments have promulgated to stop such problems.
