- Abstract
The article presents a study on the influence of four commercial biological products on incidence of the phytophatogenic root fungi Phytophthora capsici, Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporum, and their influence on tomato plants growth in Rio Grande. It states that P. capsici, R. solani and F. oxysporum, and a combination of three fungi at the same concentration were employed as inocula. It discusses that disease incidence was assessed 50 days after inoculation, and seedling height and total biomass were quantified when they were 35 days old in the germination tray. It mentions that the products examined did not protect tomato seedlings from infection by P. capsici, F. oxysporum and the mixture of the three pathogens.
