- Abstract
This paper ains to analyze the fragmented modern man and the complexity around the concept of identity, based on the Passages, from Exposes from 1935 and 1939, from Walter Benjamin. The concept of civilization in the modern era brings a ghostly idea of progress og technology and humanity which will culminate in a break in the stability of the concept of identity. This paper therefore aims to make a reflection on these new cultural identities shared by many people, fragmented, modern.
