- Abstract
The purpose of this research study was to find out the causes of Teachers' burnout, its influence, and various aspects to correlate the impact of Teachers' burnout on the academic achievements of students at the high and higher secondary level. The study used a descriptive-correlation design. The data was gathered from 118 government high and higher secondary schools for boys in district Peshawar. A simple Random sampling technique was applied, 291and 379 was the sample size for the teachers and students respectively. Data was collected through self-developed questionnaires. The Findings show that the relationship of teachers' Burnout has a positive and significant impact on the academic achievements of the students' while the attitude of the student towards teachers' burnout has negative effects on their academic achievements.
