- Abstract
The article looks at a study on the analysis of salivary enzymes. The author considers enzyme activity analysis as a laboratory method used to evaluate the enzyme activity caused by various chewing gum preparations. Oral microbial alterations following the chewing of gum are measured. Oral hygiene guidelines for participants in the study are presented.
