- Abstract
The article focuses on the famotidine-induced eosinophilia in relation to multiple cerebral infarctions. It mentions eosinophilia as a rare cause of cerebral infarctions as most number of the reported cases are affected by the idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES). It also mentions that secondary eosinophilia is found to cause several health problems including fungal diseases, allergies to medications and, skin disorders.
