- Abstract
Proteine in Reih' und Glied: Selbstorganisierte Protein ‐ Nanodrähte wurden mithilfe hoch spezifischer supramolekularer Wechselwirkungen zwischen Cucurbit[8]uril (CB[8]) und einem FGG ‐ Tripeptid am N ‐ Terminus von dimerer Glutathion ‐ S ‐ Transferase (GST) erhalten. Gestützt durch eine Enzymsimulation wurde das Modellprotein GST in ein Imitat des Selenoenzyms Glutathion ‐ Peroxidase umgewandelt, und die CB[8] ‐ verknüpften Se ‐ FGG ‐ GST(Y6C) ‐ Nanodrähte zeigten eine ausgezeichnete antioxidative Wirkung.
