- Abstract
In general, this study aims to answer some important issues related to cervical syndrome and frozen shoulder or impingement to identify the current state of disease, to identify, approach the rehabilitation in meeting the requirements set forth plans and programs, the creation of plan, to identify the difficulties faced during the rehabilitation phase. To present a concrete plan to develop the strategy for comparing two methods of physiotherapy in rehabilitation. The importance of this study lies in the fact that such a study would provide information for the understanding of the real situation in the practical area and how to tackle this problem and to see relation between neck pain or cervical syndrome and humor scapularis periartritis. Since in some of the cases, patients come with both symptoms and in many cases treatment shall cover both parts. This is a cohort retrospective study of all patients with primary complaint of NP (20 cases) who were seen for the first time between January 2020 and March 2021 in our clinic of physiotherapy "EuRehab Fizioterapi, in Gjilan. The records of patients were reviewed in detail, including their medical histories, examinations, imaging (X-Ray, MRI).
