- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 72-year-old man with cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). The patient underwent C4 anterior cervical corpectomy with fusion (ACCF), Smith-Robinson approach, and CSM surgery. It states that complications from anterior approach include recurrent laryngeal nerve damage, transient dysphagia, and tracheal or esophageal perforation.
