- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 22-year-old primigravida who was taken at the tertiary center after it was determine that there was a bilateral ventriculomegaly and a large neural tube defect. It mentions that the large thoracic meningocele was 13x8x6 centimeter with spinal cord tethering to the overlying skin. It notes the importance of prenatal differentiation of myelomeningocele, and limited dorsal myeloschisis.
