- Abstract
The article examines the prevalence of a main peripheral vessel penetrating into the central part of the ovarian mass with a tree-shaped morphology, called as the lead vessel. It explores a series of metastatic and primary invasive ovarian lesions using color Doppler. Results reveal that the lead vessel is a novel sonographic features of vascular morphology in solid ovarian metastases.
