- Authors

- Abstract
The article discusses the changes to the reporting requirements for thrifts or savings associations and their parent holding companies (SLHCs) that were proposed by the U.S. Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) and its successor agencies. It notes that these changes include uniform requirements for both SLHCs and bank holding companies (BHCs). Among the agencies that would hold OTS supervisory functions are the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Reserve Board (FRB).
