- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on primary human lung fibroblast cell lines being isolated from lung biopsies of IPF patients. Topics include lung tissue mechanically separated into single-cell preparation and contaminating red blood cells (RBC) being lysed with hypotonic buffer; and aliquots of the BAL samples centrifuged to pellet cell debris and bacteria.
