The article presents a comparative study on the musical achievement of culturally deprived and advantaged children at elementary level in the U.S. It states that this investigation will be pertained with the levels of achievement attained by children on selected musical skills by using measuring instruments such as achievement tests. The article discusses human behavior, musical ability, and achievement test.
