- Abstract
The article offers the authors insights on best practices, assumptions, and impact of identified/organizational surveys on employee perceptions and behaviors in the U.S. The authors relate several factors that drive the increased demand of identified surveys, such as the accurateness of the data captured and meaningful reporting and analysis. They also mention that the evaluation of organizational context and the demand of the survey are some of the best practices of the identified surveys.
