- Abstract
The optimal volume mixing ratio of chitosan and collagen of configurating chitosan/collagen composite sol were studied by testing the viscidity of chitosan/collagen composite sol. Moreover, SEM, mechanical properties, thermal properties and other testing methods were applied to study the viscose fabrics wearing properties finishing before and after viscose fabrics wearing properties finishing by chitosan/collagen composite sol. The results showed that there was a good compatibility between chitosan and collagen, and viscidity of chitosan/collagen composite sol was increased by chitosan content rising; when viscose fabrics were finished by the volume mixing ratio of chitosan and collagen of configurating chitosan/collagen composite sol was in 60: 40, the mechanical properties were improved and the surface of viscose fabrics after finished were smooth and flat, but the thermal properties of viscose fabrics after finished were decreased. It was believed that the technologies of viscose fabrics wearing properties finishing by chitosan/collagen composite sol were feasible.
