- Abstract
The aim of this study confirm the effectiveness of prenatal preparation of pregnant women in a short longitudinal experiment. Our main obiective was to increase the interest towards kinetic assistance under prophylactic applications, providing kinetoprophylaxy to women in particular biological situations caused by pregnancy. The main purpose of our paper was searching, finding and applying kinetoprophylactic means to pregnant women included in the Pregnant Women School of Târgu Mureş, Româna, with a view to implementing a program for maintaining or even improving proper physical training and index function. The obiectives of our study were to form the study group of two types of pregnant women: those who received a kinetoprophylaxy program and those who did not receive such a program, choosing and applying the intervention means, objectifying the initial and final situations. The tasks of the study were achieved and the hypotheses were confirmed.
