- Abstract
The article presents several court cases and verdicts related to medical malpractice in the U.S. These include cases involving failure to perform vulvar biopsy delaying the diagnosis of cancer, laparoscopic removal of complex pelvic mass, alleged mismanagement of decreased fetal movement, colon perforations discovered after hysterectomy, and death after postpartum hemorrhage.
