- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 12-year-old girl who was admitted for a drug-resistant epilepsy. Her MRI revealed a right anteromedial temporal lobe tumor with features of a low-grade glioma and no bone anomaly was documented. The patient underwent a right temporal craniotomy and her lateral and middle portions. After the 4th postoperative day, CSF leakage from the right ear started.
