- Abstract
The article presents information on the politics of class action arbitration and vindication of contracts rights. It discusses two U.S. Supreme Court cases Stolt-Nielsen S.A. v. AnimalFeeds Int'l Corp. and AT&T Mobility LLC. v. Concepcion on class arbitration. It states that one case dealt with international shipping and the other with consumer purchase of mobile telephones whose decision caused harm to the rights of claimant invoking actions.
