- Abstract
The dermatoscopy of the late lesion revealed more prominent yellow-white streaks, fewer telangiectasia and a yellow background which could be a consequence of late-stage dermal fibrosis seen in the disease. The early lesions showed a predominance of arborizing telangiectasia over yellowish-red background; while mature lesions revealed presence of yellow-white streaks and multiple arborizing telangiectasias over a yellowish-red background (Fig. The telangiectasias could also be secondary to underlying vessel wall changes, thus predominating in the early stage, with yellow-white streaks representing dermal fibrosis which is more prominent in later stages.
