The article offers information on the study which demonstrates the utilization of telehealth monitoring scheme in nursing homes in Buckinghamshire, England. It states the involvement and efforts of urgent care assessment team (UCAT) nurses in evaluating the use of the scheme to diagnose chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Moreover, it emphasizes the importance of the study in care homes.
