- Abstract
The article offers information on the thesis of law professors Michael D. Green and Joseph Sanders, which focuses on the findings of judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals related to the admissibility of expert evidence based on the sufficiency of the evidence. It informs that the admissibility of the expert testimony is inadmissible in the decision of Ferebee v. Chevron Chemical Co. under the Rule 703 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.
