- Abstract
The article presents information on a stimulating four week elementary science workshop that was conducted at the Stanford University School of Education during the summer quarter of 1950. The participants also included three high school teachers, a junior college teacher, a director of elementary education for a rural county office of education. The workshop was intended to meet the needs of teachers seeking to strengthen their background for integrating science in the elementary curriculum. Many participants recalled various questions asked by their students.
