- Abstract
The article discusses the investigation on the role of LXRs agonist TO901317 (TO) in the protection against on lipopolysaccharides (LPS)-induced myocardial inflammation and autophagy. It states the reduce of LPS-induced infiltration of inflammatory cells as being depicted in the TO pretreatment result. It also emphasizes the significant contribution of inflammation attenuation and apoptosis as well as autophagy enhancement to the protection of myocardium under inflammatory condition.
