- Authors

- Abstract
Is there a barrier to communication between those that practice public administration in the criminal justice field and those that teach about public administration in the criminal justice field? Dean Caldwell and Ernest Dorling explore communication practices between practitioners and academicians by use of a survey. Survey responses indicate that there are differences in communication patterns between academicians and practitioners, but those differences disappear when education level and involvement in research are taken into account. Suggestions to help promote networking are given. INSET: Methodology..
