- Abstract
The regularities of thermolysis and carbonization processes in complex hydrocarbon systems (oil refining products and their fractions) are generalized. It is shown that processes of self-reproducibility of hydrocarbon homologs occur in hydrocarbon systems due to Bernoulli and Gaussian distribution of composition by thermodynamic functions and activation energies. Also shown is that thermolysis and carbonization processes are determined by collective interactions of molecules of a statistical and thermodynamic nature. These interactions contribute to deviation from the law of mass action and cause kinetic compensation effect of thermolysis and dependence of carbon yield on activation energy of viscous flow and average electron-donor characteristics of the medium components. The observed regularities are confirmed experimentally and can be used in calculations for optimizing petrochemical and oil refining processes.
