- Abstract
The article discusses the highlights of the Fifth Congress on Forensic Engineering in Washington, D.C. from November 11-14, 2009. Among the topics discussed by speakers were temporary structures, construction phase failures and building envelope performance. A panel discussion centered on ethics and the expert witness. The event was attended by several technical committees including the Education Committee and the Committee on Forensic Practices.
