- Abstract
The article summarizes recent case law relating to the regulation of unfair competition. In the area of trademarks and trade names, the article abstracts "Elliot Knitwear, Inc., et al. v. Federal Trade Commission." The U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, found that the trade name and the product-content label of a sweater should be considered together in determining whether a trade name is misleading.
