- Abstract
The article summarizes recent marketing case law and legal developments relating to procedural and other issues. Some of the court cases include "Niagara of Buffalo, Inc. v. Niagara Manufacturing and Distributing Corporation," with "Radiant Burners, Inc. v. American Gas Association, et al.," "Delaune v. Hibernia National Bank of New Orleans," and "Goldlawr, Inc., v. Shubert, et al.," relating to the standards required for an award of treble damages in antitrust cases. The article also includes information from the case "Jack H. Kelly v. Vincent W. Kosuga," relating to reliance on antitrust law in defense of breach of contract.
