Calidad educativa como precarización laboral: análisis de América Latina.
- Authors
Anaya Torres, Edgar Daniel
- Abstract
The article seeks to relate educational quality with labor precariousness from a theoretical perspective, by means of a historical tracking through the proposals of the different international organizations and their impact in Latin America; as well as the definitions of quality, and their development in the areas that will be deregulated when implemented in the educational field. Secondly, a scaffolding is carried out through the dimensions that define educational quality, its sub dimensions combined with those of job insecurity. The objective is to explain that both concepts are united and are the result of the neoliberal model, which generates a set of problems in the education workers. The methodology used was the content analysis to link the two units. Finally, it is achieved to unite both concepts through the dimensions where their impact and systematization are described.
