- Abstract
The article offers information on the Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) outbreaks. Topics discussed include clinical guidelines for molecular diagnosis of MERS-CoV based on the interim recommendations from the World Health Organization and United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, clinical trials in the Korean tertiary care hospital with MERS cases, and low virus detection in nasopharyngeal swabs.
