- Abstract
Results Among 1356 pregnancies, the mean (SD) adherence to Mediterranean diet was 7.9 (2.6). To assess the adherence to Mediterranean diet at mid gestation in a cohort of pregnant women in Barcelona, Spain. Mediterranean diet adherence was classified as low (mean 4.1 [0.92]) in 262 pregnancies (19.3%), moderate (mean 8.8 [1.4]) in 972 (71.7%), and high (mean 12.8 [0.9]) in 122 (9.0%) pregnant women.
