- Abstract
The article presents case study of a 12-year old patient suffering with lymphadenopathy and hepato-splenomegaly, in whom hypercalcemia is secondary to malignancy. It states that the patient's lymph node biopsy showed multiple non-caseating epithelioid cell granulomata, and the patient was also diagnosed with sarcoidosis. It refers Sarcoidosis to be a granulomatous disease and states that sarcoidosis' presence in adults is associated with hilar lymphadenopathy and cutaneous lesions.
