- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 78-year-old woman who was admitted with generalized eruption of abrupt attack. The lesion appears after taking gliclazide as an intervention for her diabetes and enalapril and gemfibrozil for her hypertension and elevated cholesterol. Pathological finding shows intraepidermal spongiform pustules and perivascular infiltrates consisting eosinophils, lymphocytes, and neutrophils in the upper portion of her dermis.
