- Authors
Long-Bin Jeng; John Wang; Chiao-Fang Teng
- Abstract
This document is a list of references to various scientific articles related to immunotherapies for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a type of liver cancer. The articles cover topics such as the molecular mechanisms of T cell co-stimulation and co-inhibition, immune checkpoint signaling and cancer immunotherapy, immune escape in the cancer immune cycle, immune checkpoint inhibitors for the treatment of cancer, advances in immunotherapy for HCC, and the association of inflammatory biomarkers with clinical outcomes in patients treated with immunotherapy. Other topics include the predictive value of blood biomarkers, such as C-reactive protein levels, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, and albumin-bilirubin score, in determining responses to immunotherapy, as well as the role of the gut microbiome and non-coding RNA in immune checkpoint blockade immunotherapy.
