- Authors

- Abstract
This article addresses the mystical and dynamic element of the feminist movement. The mystique is understood as the mystery of preparing and never meeting all you aspire to achieve. The mystique surrounds the mystery that propels the subject to build its individual or collective utopia. The feminist mystique has two dimensions: the religious and the secular. In the West, the history of Christianity has contributed to a negative image and identity of the woman. In this sense, one can say that the secular mysticism is a more effective way to build the equity project among genders. However, because the feminist movement is plural, one perceives individuals and groups that within this movement seek to build a Christian feminist mystique. From bibliographic information, this paper develops the following aspects: concept mystic, mystical and religious women: a look at history; mystical and secular feminism; feminism and religious mysticism: a look at the present.
