- Abstract
In the article "Multi-Mode Vibrational Triboelectric Nanogenerator for Broadband Energy Harvesting and Utilization in Smart Transmission Lines," Hengyu Li, Zhong Lin Wang, Tinghai Cheng, and their colleagues introduce a multi-mode vibrational triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) and three smart grid application strategies. These strategies enable the harvesting of vibration energy from breeze vibrations and sub-span oscillations in transmission lines. The authors propose these strategies as a comprehensive implementation scheme for the digital application of TENGs in smart transmission lines.
