- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old male presented with blurred vision, funduscopic examination revealed swelling of the optic disc, optic nerve compression and focal defect of the right orbital roof and Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed ovoid mass located at the intraconal space of the right orbit. It a.lso discusses leiomyosarcoma as a malignant tumor of smooth muscle origin and commonly arises in soft tissue of extremities or in the uterus.
