- Abstract
The author reflects on the mental health of inmates serving a probation order in England. He cites the data from government and clinical commissioning groups on the existing mental health problems in homes, prisons, and police custody centers. The author reveals that anxiety disorder is the most prevalent category of mental illness which is manifested as panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
