- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 14-year-old patient diagnosed with metronidazole-induced encephalopathy due to signs of head phone at the brain stem level. Topics discussed include magnetic resonance imaging findings of symmetrical hyperintense and hypointense lesions, restricted diffusion of the brain and hypertrophied and swollen bilateral inferior in T2-weighted images of the brain.
