The article offers information related to the Bellingham Public Library in Bellingham, Washington, and its social efforts to address the Lecture Room as an Emergency Day Center (EDC) during inclement weather which was closed due to the snow storms. The reopening of library's EDC depends on future forecasts and the will of the community at large to create alternatives.
