- Abstract
The article describes a case of a vertebral Paget's disease of the lumbar spine in a 44-year-old woman. The patient was presented with complaints of a recurring low back pain, stiffness and lumbar movement dysfunction for 5 months. She has no motor or sensory deficit, and analgesics and local therapy were not effective. Details of the findings of the patient's radiographs, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography scan are described.
