- Authors

- Abstract
The article focuses on an analysis of digital adherence data in the control arm of a pragmatic cluster randomized trial of electronic reminders to improve treatment adherence among patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) in China. It mentions that directly observed therapy (DOT) has long served as a central strategy for monitoring and supporting medication adherence in TB programs globally; and also mentions that several digital tools have arisen as alternatives to in-person DOT.
