- Abstract
In this article the author discusses the harm that is caused by harm minimization interventions that are associated with drug control and drug control policy. He suggests that there is little scientific evidence to prove that interventions cause harm. Also investigated is the drug supply reduction efforts which have been seen at the U.S.-Mexico border.
