- Abstract
The article focuses on the case of a 19 year old woman who presented to physicians with an acute headache and as a result received a cerebrospinal fluid examination with a lumbar puncture. A discussion of a diagnosis of a cerebral venous thrombosis which was given to the woman and which was the result of the lumbar puncture is presented. The woman's successful treatment is discussed.
